Woke up today had sleepy eyes
Sat on the shore waiting for sunrise
Thought about days and how time flies
Through the lowest lows and the highest highs

Journey begins when you are born
Then it keeps going on and on
Then it will end when you finally rest
So smile every-day and be your best

Your story begins when you start to act
Make some choices and deal with facts
Or fly away with spirit so high
Aim for top and touch the skies

Then all those things will start making sense
All those things that made you tense
And all those things that made you cry
U will smile and wave them goodbye
