Mr. Davis

this poem is about one of my teachers that died yesterday

seeing the twinkle in his eye
or his heart of gold,
we would always say 'hey' to him
we would come to him for help

he was beyond a teacher
and he will always have a place in my heart
and everyone's heart
today is a new day, for new decisions
but we never forget what happened the day before
and we will always remember, the tragic shooting of him

Mr. Davis, we miss you...
