When everything is quiet
Mr. Noisy is always about
He is here or there or everywhere
He makes noises out of nowhere
And everyone wants to shout
Mr.Noisy is always about
Mr.Noisy goes all over the place
He goes uphill and he goes downhill
at his pace
Face face skipping in the space
He goes all over the place
And he jumps on your face
And he does a silly face
