Muse Poem by zackery geddies

Muse

Muse.

You're my muse
You light my fuse, the trail to inspiration.
You're one of the nine, goddess Erato you're mine.
I write of love and desire,
The heat of the fire.

I'll say it is true
When I think of you
A writer I become.

Go on take out your lighter
Light my fuse watch the flame as it grows higher.

Rhymes on a sheet of paper.
When you're on my mind I stay up later.
Like Ice down the back of my neck.
Chills roll down my spine.
Are you from heaven 'cause you're Devine.
Mystery in you I find.

You are my muse that I adore.
It's impossible to want more.
You're my muse that I adore.
Love me more
Oh, love me more.
Love me more babe I implore
Just love me more.
