Natalie Collins

Music - Poem by Natalie Collins

The melodious tunes on the piano
The brassy sound of the trombone
The emotional lyrics of thousands of songs

Plucking out notes on the black and white keys
Marching to the beat with my large golden horn
Singing in my room with my CD’s and radio

Music describes who I am
Music is a piece of my heart
Without music I’d be empty
