Musing 103 Poem by shuvo chakraborty

Musing 103

Those who testified whiteness before the moth
Were smeared with marble dust unreal,
Those deposed before the alter about grave sins
Were exonerated from the moral slavery,
Those swear before unfaithful beds
Were reckoned virtuous elf of night dead.
Horses vanquished from pleasure of racing
Would guard the eastern horizon as faithful planet
Much before the dawn breaks with light insignificant
To be dissipated quick with the summer clouds.
