Musing 145 Poem by shuvo chakraborty

Musing 145

Power rides comfortable upon the martyr shoulders
To usurp the throne that was in domain of another
With the fire works of promises looking magnificent
Upon the blank sky of the depraved and wants,
Emperor sitting pretty on the throne of simple wooden
With tons of gold hidden beneath the carpet persian
And lights are simmering gloating over the simple face.
Martyrs are crying hoarse from the corners of heaven
Being aghast with the trampled ideals by filthy stratagems
Solidifying the arch autocrat over the estranged palace gate..
