Musing 32 Poem by shuvo chakraborty

Musing 32

Boat is sailing past the river shallow
With all laziness of the wind in wintry maze,
Unlike the carriage boats at the large watery umbrage
It hosts the piles of recollections decades old
Held sway over the boats man carrying memoirs heavy.
The selfsame water way once being graced with
Jackal and rabbit holes and host of winter flowers,
Fruits seasonal, bushes, heaths and mire legs deep,
Boatman once new its every curves and contours amazing,
Now the widening difference allows no mooring nostalgic.
