Musing 6 Poem by shuvo chakraborty

Musing 6

If the wind knocks the door
Or shadows of flying curtains
In stormy night with insufficient light
Start the nerves dull in slumber,
Ears open court the drumming
Rains upon the light roof shed,
In midst of unknown hilly surrounds
Inviting acute lonely fears in drowsy sense.
Bent not and bid them firm goodbye
When cock crows the brave dawn.
