Musings By Sea: Evening
Is this the end or a new dawn?
The heart-besoftening colours spread
Over the vast kingdom of the sky-
My thought-birds rest
On the branches of my day’s actions;
The night shall judge my deeds
Shall I be summoned?
Else shall I be allowed to stay
And watch another glorious morn?
