You there when I'm down
When no one looks my way
You still help me with or without a frown
I think of you everyday

You know me so well
That I smile to hide the tears
I laugh to hide my fears
You never left my side

Though dark times come
Your my light
My backbone
You the reason I fight for the right

You protect me
Threw any battle
Open my eyes when I can not see
With you I feel a thousand times stronger

Your word is my sword
Your love is shield
And you give me the full body armor
You as my leader ill go into any battlefield

Your mercy endures forever
Your love is everlasting
Your grace is to eternity
If I'm with you I will always be surviving

You are GOD almighty
The alpha and omega
The beginning and end
You'll always be my best friend
