You were nipped in your prime.
At a time when you were ripe.
So determined and full of ideas!
Creating statements that last a forever!

You were a part of me as I was you!
You and I were soulmates!
We never looked for each other!
We always were one!

Souls that will know each other eternally!
We were made for each other!
They would talk and say things!
You and I were always 'us'!

We went separate ways.
We created lives with our loved ones.
Together we remained.
One mind, one soul, one life!

No matter how much we fought it!
How we struggled to deny it from ourselves!
We could only feel for each other!
We knew what the other felt without saying!

We cried together!
We laughed together!
We hurt together!
We flied together into eternity!

So long my friend!
I am now alone in the world!
I know you are an 'angel'!
That guides me in this life!

Sometimes I wish I had loved you more!
I wish I had allowed myself to venture!
To let the stifled passions grow and mature!
But I needed to be intertwined with you forever!
