My Blind Eyes Can See - Poem by Rex mayor Ubini

My blind eyes can see
A flood of hypnotism
The shark the people it swallowed,
But you shall be baptised
In the river of your sweat
The prophet said you have no mens rea
This wrong choice must be made
For the fulfilment of the time
For you to be foolish
In your own wisdom
And be wise in your own foolishness.
