My Craft. Poem by Warren Meacher

My Craft.

My craft is made of the many ways
and the one;
the path that starts in stars
and flows into the sun.
The circle is both open and unbroken:
The age of many weathers has awoken.

My craft is not for spells or potions,
carves nor craves any idol;
Seeks only union with earth, sky and ocean -
to in-flow with the tidal.
The circle is both open and unbroken:
The age of many weathers is awoken.

My craft is formed upon the paths less trodden,
the by-ways of moons and twilight's gleaming;
where winds blow wild and the grass is sodden
and the airs explode in vibrant dreaming.
The circle is open and remains unbroken:
the age of the many weathers now awoken.
