My Dreams Poem by Engr.Moronfolu Kayode Damilare

My Dreams

They are the wheels that rock my cart
The rats that race my cat
They are my life where in I lie for the rest I long deserve
High up are my flames burning like the grace of this glorious gate reserved
MY HOPE

Alone in my mind I behold my fate uncertain
Only to find out I am lonely in the dark pit of life covered by the cloudy curtain
My rear half tell of greater things to come
Why do I see this greater things no more?
They seem to fade because my flaws are laziness...
MY DOOM

But beyond my tears comes the cheers for joy and triumph
Bearing in mind I have a place to save
This home filled with gold and diamond I crave to see
And till that day... I will pray for grace as I rest my case...
MY TRIUMPH
