My English Is Bihari English - Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

My English is Bihari English,
Bhojpurian English,
Maithili English,
Magadhi English,
Angika English,
His English tribal English,
Santhali English,
Ho English,
Mundari English.

I am not an Englishman,
But an Indiaman,
An Indian Hindustani,
A Bihari Indian,
A Hindi-man,
An Angika-speaker
Speaking in English,
Not even a convent-educated boy,
My English Biharia English.
