What is a family where does it start?
As a Mother I say "Straight from the heart"
Not just the moments of pride that we feel
Or even the shopping or cooking a meal
It's the love of a group who join in and share
Who say "Count on me you know that I care"
When one is in need and the cry is dismay
Together we face it by night or day
This is my family! I knew from the start
Where they all came from
Straight from the heart
