My Father - Me Being Me Is How I Would Just Bow To You On One Knee Poem by Tabassum Naiz

My Father - Me Being Me Is How I Would Just Bow To You On One Knee

Rating: 5.0

If I could write few words on his hardship while raising me, tears would just stop me

Though he is not well-informed of corporate society, but then yes, he raised me to be an independent woman

Though he doesn't know what the keys of the laptop can do, but then yes, he is very confident on my fingers

Though I am unlucky to have a brother who can fly right through the smoke screen of impossibility, but then yes, I am blessed to have you beyond him

He is not just a father but more than a friend, a brother, and adviser

Though my childhood didn't read fairy tale stories, but then yes, he taught me dragons exist and can be killed.

Though my infancy wasn't grand, but then Yes, I was raised with good morals, highest form of honesty and Kindness to humanity

Today, Me being me is How I would just bow to you on one knee

Grateful to God for being your daughter
I honor you through All I have become
