My Final Regret Poem by Tommy D'Attore

My Final Regret

There is something
Something I wish never happened
Its killed me inside
I was too foolish
Feeling like telling her
The truth
Was
The most
Foolish thing I could ever do
I love You
Understand that I
Can't be yours
I reached out my hand
Only wanting friendship
Due that I love You
But you don't want
Any part of me
The pain has gone away
Only emptiness lives
Here now.
