My First Poem by Jessica Alves

So lost without him
I can’t help but cry
4 months past
He’s still the one I want

To hear him say my name
One more time or 'I Love you'
I would take that plane ride
No matter what it cost.

He became a part of me
We were like 2 hearts but 1 love
We understood each other so well
That no one cared to ask why? ?

No matter who or what
They could see we were in love
He makes me whole,
Like No one can hurt me
But in the end the pain come.

That night when we said our goodbyes
Tears were in, tears were out
So many things we needed to say but
Nothing was spoken, not one word
We were quite like mice’s.
