My Friend Poem by Ma Eugenia Carrasco

My Friend

You are my friend,
Because when I am sador
I share my stuff with you, you hear me
And take my sides.

When you see they’re being unfair with me,
You help me overcome it
When I talk about love
Your answer is unconditional.

True or not, you’re the most precious I have,
You’re my joy, my confident, my sourness,
My sorrow and my pain,
You’re part of me.

One look’s enough to understand me,
You know my tastes, defaults,
Manias, stubbornness and
As far as my intimate me.

When passed a little time I want to see you
To share all my day’s details,
I want to share them with you,
I want to never miss you.

You’re my friend,
Because when I feel down you know how to rise me,
I only ask you for being less rude when you talk,
It hurts too much.

You’re my friend,
And do you know why?
Because
You’re my love.
