My Friend And Protector
Hope is the spirit
that never dies
except by returning
and shattering
all sensory veilings
and self made barriers
as prophet Joseph says:
‘O creator of heaven and earth
you are my friend protector
in this world and the Next’
’You are my prison
and my garden
You are my exile
and my kingdom’
Maulana Rumi blessed
by a whiff of Divine Perfume
humbly said: I am dust!
