Friendship bridges the miles
between you and I.
miles and miles away
and I can see the tears you cry.

I feel your pain,
want to make things right,
Time will heal your heart,
soon you'll see the light.

Say what you feel, open up your heart,
soon the healing will begin,
and you can make a new start.
You're my friend, my brother,
that's how I feel.

So far away, but the bond we have is real.
Remember you're not alone,
even if our hands never touch
you have a place in my heart,
I care for you that much.
