What is friendship defined?
How do you distinguish
from those that are unkind?

The definition of a friend that is true,
sometimes eludes us
But I may have a clue.

One who cares for you with all of their heart.
Always there for you,
And has been from the start.

Consoles you, supports you, and shows you compassion.
Crying and laughing with you
When needed; by your side in record fashion.

Not afraid to let you know how they feel.
Honest and truthful
Expressing emotions that are real.

Great distance unimportant no matter how far.
They are covered by feelings.
Feelings that are deep from the heart.

So how do you define a loyal true friend?
Use my best examples:
