My Friends Poem by Pushp Sirohi

My Friends

Some came like sunshine,
Some came like rain,
Some stayed through laughter,
Some stayed through pain.

They knew my silence,
They heard my fears,
They walked beside me
Through changing years.

Not bound by blood,
Yet family they became,
Each carrying a memory,
Each carrying a name.

When roads grew lonely,
And hopes grew small,
Their faith reminded me
I could still stand tall.

A friend is not a season
That comes and fades away,
A true friend leaves footprints
That forever choose to stay.

So here's to the dreamers,
The fighters, the few,
The people who made my story
Better simply by being true.

For wealth may disappear,
And time may drift apart,
But genuine friendship
Lives forever in the heart.
