My God

My God...
Is a forgiving God.
He may not always answer my prayers,
when I want him to,
but he answers them,
when the time is right.
He's never late,
he's always on time.

My God...
He is a good God.
He never leaves me,
and he never gives up on me.
Although, I've given up on him plenty of times.

My God...
He is the best,
I couldn't serve no other.
