My Heart Poem by Joshua Wyatt

My Heart

The heart grows bigger with each passing day.
It pumps stronger and louder.
The warmth inside just grows and grows.
My heart just never stops growing.

Even when broken it continues.
And there in lies the problem
How to unlove the one that broke my heart.
To cure me from this wretched pain.

A broken heart that continues to grow.
Unflinching love that should be no more
To stop a heart such as mine...
Is impossible even for me.

No matter what it grows and grows.
Never stopping, not even slowing down.
Even in the darkest of times.
My heart remains solid.

My loves burns eternal.
Like a flame that cannot be blown out.
And just like the dictionary.
My heart doesn't know the word unlove.
