My heart beats faster
Every time I think about you
Because we are connected by
an invisible cord not seen by the eye.
My heart beats faster
Every time I type your name.
Because this invisible cord connects
Us at our hearts
It's not like the cord that
God connects us with at birth
This is a connection so magnificent
Only God could have created it
Because it’s like my heart beats faster
Every time I see your face.
My heart beats faster
Every time I talk to you.

This cord can't be seen by any on earth.
Anyone who sees us together can’t deny
The connection, not even the biggest
Haters can deny our perfection
Because my heart beats faster
Every time I write poetry about you.
My heart beats faster
Every time I think about you.
My heart beats faster
Every time I have a dream about you.

This cord connected us right from the start.
It binds us together attached to my heart.
I know its there though no one can see.
My heart beat faster every time
i cry for you and even faster when you cry for me
My heart beats faster
Every time I see you smile.

The strength of this cord is hard to describe.
It can't be destroyed, and it can’t be denied
The invisible cord from my heart to yours
It's stronger than any cord man could ever endor.
I’m sure of this because
My heart beats faster
Every time I look at your pictures.
My heart beats faster
Every second we're together.

My heart beats fast all the
time for you.

It withstands any test, and can hold any weight.
It pulls at my heart, therefore I am bruised, I am sore,
But this cord is my lifeline like never before.
And though we are far apart,
The cord is still there and still strong as ever.
I am thankful that God connects us this way, two sisters bonded together,
Not even death can tear us apart; So Why Try, the cord is undeniable
