My Heart For You Poem by Dylan Brown

My Heart For You

Staring over across the class,
I see you, seems like your about to cry.
Sadness and darkness fill up my glass,
Feels like im about to die.

Nothing i can do to free you,
From whatever is choking your life away
I what to help this much is true,
I'll take on all your sadness on this day.

I wait to hold you up, high up in the air,
I want to show you that I love you and i care.

But my words fall on hard ears,
for they dont hear my meaning.
all my love, for all these years
wasted, now for my drug im fiending.

But my drug is nothing you can buy,
but still a way to escape my hell,
Strike iron to my wrists, you ask my why.
Its cause you let me, so i fell.

Cause I found a way; I flew,
To steal the sun from the sky!
And I will always remember the day,
I flew so high and fell so far, all for you!
