My Heart Is A Dinghy Poem by DOMINIC PREMPEH

My Heart Is A Dinghy

Rating: 4.5

Do not make me sad
Let me not feel bad
Never let me fall
For giving you my all
You are my pillow
I never want to be a widow
Let me love you forever
Cos you are to me the better

My heart is a dinghy
It sails with the slightest wind
And changes direction with the meek waves
It wrecks with the smallest storm
And spoils with the slightest break
Keep it from pain
Protect it with sane
And it will be yours without vain.
