My Heavenly Bliss (Sonnet #278) Poem by Tina Baaklini

My Heavenly Bliss (Sonnet #278)

I embrace our dreams till my last breath,
Nothing compares to your love, nor stands as tall.
You awakened my heart into life after death,
And filled it with spring after winter's deep pall.

Most people pass through our life as lessons,
But you're the divine gift, the heavenly bliss.
Everything will be washed away, forgotten,
But your love will forever be reminisced.

I never found tenderer than your heart,
Nor do I ever want but it as a home.
I need not sway among the bright stars,
When in your heart the sun shines for me alone.

The present with you I breathe and celebrate,
Alive with you I feel, O my tender soulmate.
