My Horse, My Friend Poem by Laura Pinnuck

Our brown eyes share secrets nobody knows,
Our love more perfect then any rose
The time between visits we try our best,
So when we see each other we will meet the test
The feelings we share silently between one stare
That argument where I ended up on the ground,
We finished without a sound
Joyful moments that will never fade,
Our friendship is greater than any other ever made
Now that were apart,
I try to push aside the worries that I cart.
I miss you so much I cry at night,
Hoping one day we will take full flight
Until that time when we meet again,
Stay safe my special friend
