My Life Shall Be A Real Life, Being Wholly Full Of Thee

Rating: 5.0

The personality of the mystic is not lost
but made more real.
Over and over again they assure us that.

„When i shall cleave to Thee
With all my being,
then shall I
in nothing have pain and labour,
and my life shall be a real life,
being wholly full of Thee" (St. Augustine,
Confessions, Bk. X. Chp. Xxviii) .

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

The Poet expresses a life fully devoted to God. He has made a conscious decision to live selflessly for the Lord. An unmatchable commitment, one beyond human understand. Becoming one with our Creator is the most exhilarating experience ever. A very meaningful write.
