My Little Angel Poem by Aminath Neena

My Little Angel

Rating: 1.0

Little angel of two wanted a tiny baby
So her mummy gave her a doll
Wrapped up in a golden shawl
Then she asked her mummy
A million dollar question

"If she's a baby than who am I? "

"She was made by toy man in a jiffy
While you were taken from my tummy"
Answered her bewildered mummy
"Then please make one again in your tummy"

Little did she know that
To complete the ardent task ahead

Her mum desperately needed
To sail across the seven seas,
Walk to the end of the rainbows
And Smell the first sprouts of spring
To be rewarded by the pot of gold again
