My Lord,

if Your forgiveness wipes away sins,
What about Your affection?

If Your affection lights up hearts,
What about Your love?

If Your love astonishes hearts,
What about Your nearness?

If Your nearness takes away worries,
What about looking upon Your gracious face?

My Lord, may I ask for Your forgiveness, affection, love, nearness, and the joy of gazing upon Your gracious face.
