My Love - Poem by Mary Lee Becker
My Love, you've gone so far away.
I miss you every moment.
I miss you every day.
You are the essence of my life.
It never mattered whether
The sky above was blue,
The clouds were hanging low,
We were always there together.
One day we will share eternity,
You and I, our love will be pure.
What an opportunity!
Everything, perfect and sure.
My love, I thank the Lord that you are in heaven above.
I thank Him for our beautiful love.
My spirit now is with you there,
My love for you too, everywhere.
