My Mom - Poem by Makeiah De'Ajahla Karmea Adams
The way you tuck me in a night,
Brightens my day.
The way you look at me,
let me know you are here for me.
I see the love in your eyes,
A simple request for love.
I know you are here for hear,
There when I need you,
Here to stand for me.
I know who you are,
What you are.
You are my mom.
