My One My Only - Poem by Azeez Rylands
The day has come where we part our ways,
And feelings of sorrow came gushing in waves.
No matter how much pain pumped through my veins,
I never had the courage to curse in your name.
See you were my one, my only
But I was weak and portrayed feelings so lonely.
Expressing my love for you was done so coldly,
I'd make up for it any day, because you'll always be my one, my only.
