My One Romance - Poem by Martha Victor Samuels
My one romance is far away from me
And I am; hoping praying constantly
It seems so long since you have gone away,
But I keep thinking of you night and day
I feel it won't be long before you will return.
Until that day will come, oh how my heart will yearn
My darling won't you hurry back to me
For I am waiting for you patiently.
