My Pretty Wife Poem by Jude Uchella

My Pretty Wife

There she is,
clothed with beauty and life, the embodiment of goodness, I am proud to call her my wife.

I behold her like the sun
that gives light to all,
the mere sight of her shadow
maketh all men to fall.

Her lips is softer than fur
her kiss is sweeter than honey,
for her I can do anything
which includes spending my money.

With her presence
I feel out of this world
with her golden voice
I can never be bored.

To be with her
is my life long promise
and nothing or no one
can stop this.
