My Rapture (Sonnet #146) Poem by Tina Baaklini

My Rapture (Sonnet #146)

Being drown in your love is a pleasure,
Bathed in the sweetness of your tenderness,
Swaying on the waves of your arms, my rapture,
Resting my head on the shore of your chest.

Roaming in the sky of your thoughts is a bliss,
All the maps in your mind lead to my heart,
All of a sudden, glimpses I reminisce
Of the pure, pristine love we lived at the start.

Apart your love nothing else does matter,
You're always present in my heart and soul,
Our divine bond is meant to last forever,
I treasure your precious love above all.

I feel my heart on a tightrope dancing
On the soft love tune your heart is playing.
