My Religion Poem by Opelo Boingotlo Letshwiti

My Religion

I never 'belived' that This Religion would ever, to me lie./
Or take false, fatal wrongs, kill me, lay me down Die./
This Cryptic, cheating, smart, stupid Religion that takes sides/
My epic,1st row seating, timed watch, Cupid Religion that slices me into edible slides/
Useless is my pray book, that which i carry to my alter every
....*Do you hear that heart beat? , its my cue to go and pray*.....
Beat.

Ahh..Should i? Bid you farewell my Religion? NOT
I love you my LoVe.
Dear Love.You are my Religion.
I believe you.
Amen
