My Sheer Bliss Poem by Nik Houghton

My Sheer Bliss

Acceptance of faith i anticipated
Perpetual scarring of faith I pondered
Eternal hope for truth I patronized
As I fade away you would recognize

Endurance of youth so eloquently misdirected
Obliteration profoundly portrayed
Hollow tunes stranded to meander
Lest it mystifies clarity

Flamboyantly contradicted
All the looping pieces
Of this masterful obliviousness
