My Sky, It's Raining Poem by Pragathi Pamarthi

My Sky, It's Raining

It's like living in a rain drop,
not wanting to die yet know I will
Who'd have thought,
That we'd change
We don't laugh over things like we used to
We don't talk like we used to anymore.
What's this void in me?
Is it your absence?
It feels completely empty inside.
You were like the moon who accompanied me in my blue.
You were the galaxy where I let my feelings free.
I'd never regret meeting you
Because you were my melody
A symphony which made me believe.
But now, here we are, walking separate ways
Which we dreamt of walking; together.
