Yours is the dream,
That keeps me free from nightmares.
Your spirit is the wall,
The shields me from cares.

You provide the harbour,
Wherein my soul rests safely.
A graceful, green filled arbour,
Free from pain and grief.

Without you there,
My life would be a lie.
Without you there,
My mind would surely die.

For when I lie within your arms,
The world fades away;
Only you and I are there,
Forever and a day.

Our love is evergreen,
And as eternal as the stars.
My dearest hope is that it stays,
Yours, and mine, and ours.
