My Thoughts In The Darkness Poem by tina price

Darkness has fallen the faces have gone,
looking for comfort, except i am alone,
afraid i am not with these thoughts of my life,
as they appear before me...my content and my strife.
My mental equations all straggled and torn,
seen by noone...peacefull....forlone.
I yearn for the light to pearce my eyes,
to pass through my mind..to loosen the ties.
Darkness is passing, sunlight shines through...
a new day of thoughts...and of faces anew.
