My Torture - Poem by Shay Mitchell
shades of darkness,
cover the lines from her beliefs.
sins drip from the fresh scripts,
that tell the story hidden among disguises.
lies tell an untold fear,
scratching down the walls of forbidden desires.
screams sing the dying solo,
leaking out past love shattered discreetly.
anger smashes the only lustful dream,
cast into the raging impossibilities.
depression suffocates the treacherous soul,
burned to ashes and returned to the hollow truth.
