My Turn... Poem by April TheUnstable

My Turn...

Listen closely
No one cares
No one cares when you come or go
No one cares if you're right or wrong
No one cares what you're rambling about to yourself on your fake phone as you loudly pace the walkway
No one cares about whoever supposedly did you wrong, day, after day, after day...
No one cares how omniscient you might believe yourself to be
No one cares to be confronted for daring to step outside
No one cares to be around you if at all possible

No one

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
For my narcissistic neighbor who believes everything his neighbors do, is because of and revolves around him. He also believes the police can read his mind. I'd pity him if he weren't such a raving lunatic.
