My Tv Screen Poem by Noah Beecroft

My Tv Screen

My life is my regularly scheduled program I subscribe to.

It's my favorite show but recently I only see static.

But I don't mind it because its safe.

I don't think you understand, it's ever changing and chaotic, yet always stays the same.

Bright flashes of light and darkness with no
significance or pattern.

TV static, a peaceful chaos.

But my screen seems more static than I remembered it.

Hard to say but not hard to tell.

I want to share about the meaning of my screen.

But what is there to say when I see no picture?

a blank canvas with occasional splashes of colors, visions of faces and distant People I once knew.

I remember vibrant colors but how do you explain color to a person that never has seen it through your eyes?

I keep on watching but hope to see color again someday.
