My Undefinable Mistress Poem by Agneyesh Singh Arya

My Undefinable Mistress

She makes me bewilder
A beauty so enchanted
More than a woman; she's a living wonder
Deluged in the twilight; she walks undaunted
Followed my eyes till she went yonder
Here sunk the falling star; making my wish granted.

She's the resemblance of divinity
Luscious her smile; and body untouched
Tempts the libertines to exploit her chastity
So implored the sylphs and they converged
Engaged in a combat for the sake of their majesty
The flower yet to blossom won't let crushed.

Her bosom so seductive, luring the gazers
Coy my damsel; she won't even beam
Frozen in thought; she's a memory engraver
To carve a monument is a sculptures dream
Soothing her smile, the moment to savor
In the time of despondence; she's the hope that gleam.
